Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using StayMap™ ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. Description of Service

StayMap™ is a nurse retention analytics platform that collects anonymous staff feedback, classifies it using the Cone Health Conceptual Framework, and generates action planning tools for nurse managers and healthcare organizations. The Service uses AI classification powered by Anthropic Claude to categorize feedback across 21 retention concepts.

3. Authorized Use

Access to StayMap™ is granted on an invitation basis. You agree to:

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes
• Not share your credentials with unauthorized individuals
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Service
• Ensure staff feedback collected through the platform is obtained with appropriate consent
• Comply with all applicable healthcare privacy regulations including HIPAA where applicable

4. Data and Privacy

Staff feedback submitted through the public feedback form is collected anonymously. No personally identifiable information is required or stored with feedback entries. Your organization's data is logically isolated from other organizations' data.

We store and process data using Supabase (PostgreSQL) infrastructure hosted in the United States. By using the Service, you consent to this processing. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

5. Intellectual Property

The StayMap™ platform, including its design, AI classification system, and software, is proprietary. The Cone Health Conceptual Framework is used under license. Your organization retains ownership of the feedback data and action plans you create.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI classification results are advisory in nature and should be reviewed by qualified professionals. We do not guarantee that use of the Service will result in specific retention outcomes.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StayMap™ and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by your organization in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify administrators of material changes via email.
